Elevate your golf game this May! This progressive 4-week program runs Wednesdays, May 6 through May 27 at 9:00 AM and is designed for golfers whose driver is strong but hips feel tight. Using Pilates, you’ll unlock stiff hips, build real core power, improve balance and weight transfer, support your shoulders, and help lower your handicap—all without straining your back. The cost is $136 for the full 4-week program. .
