Over the past 10 years, FFC has been developing disease prevention programming in a clinical setting to work with patients dealing with obesity, diabetes, heart and kidney disease, and other health conditions.
We are uniquely positioned to deliver lifestyle modifications via our fitness and educational programs, covering GLP-1 Patient Support, complimentary consultations for medical nutrition therapy. Certain services are often covered by major insurance programs.

- FFC Gold Coast is home to Northwestern Medicine’s Cardiac Rehab program
GLP-1 Patient Support
- Exercise program tailored to the patient’s fitness levels and goals to support weight loss and metabolic health
- Personalized plan by qualified fitness professionals designed to help the patient build lean muscle and support heart health through strength and cardiovascular training
- Ongoing progress monitoring to adapt patient’s training plan and ensure consistent results
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)
Covered by Insurance
- MNT visit may be covered by patient’s insurance plan
- Patients will be notified of insurance coverage prior to visit
- Patients may be seen on a regular basis, depending on insurance plan coverage
RUSH Physical Therapy
- RUSH Physical Therapy operates in of 9 of our 10 locations
InBody Assessment
Test + Consultation ($49)
- Measure body fat, muscle, and water distribution across different body segments
- Accurately calculate patient’s body fat percentage and lean muscle mass
- Understand the patient’s daily calorie needs based on body composition
- Track patient progress over time to make weight control and increasing muscle mass smart and easy
Resting Metabolic Rate and/or Vo2 Max Tests
Test + Consultation ($129-$169)
- Find out how many calories you burn at rest
- Find out the precise target heart rate zones that will enable you to exercise more effectively
- Consultation with a registered dietitian included
- 5 hour fast required before tests
- Patient should avoid exercise before tests
