Are you looking for a great way to get in shape OR prep for the Chicago Hyrox Competition? Join our Women’s ONLY Bootcamp & Hyrox Training for 8 weeks of AMAZING strength training and conditioning on Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7:30 AM!
What is Hyrox? Hyrox combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.
