Mondays 

  • NEW class – 6:30 AM Core 94 (Starts April 10th)
  • NEW class – 7-8 PM Heated Vinyasa Yoga

Tuesdays 

  • NEW class – 6:30-7:15 AM Heated POWER Yoga
  • 6:45 PM Heated Vinyasa Yoga is now an HOUR!

Wednesdays

  • 7:00 pm Heated Vinyasa is now an HOUR!

Thursdays 

  • NEW CLASSES – 5:30 PM LOADED & 6:30 PM RaceDAY Ride (Both start April 13th)
  • NEW CLASS – 7-8 PM Candlelight yoga

Saturdays 

  • NEW CLASS – 10:30-11:30 AM Vinyasa yoga
  • Time Change – G.Row has moved to 8:30 AM
