- 6:45 PM Heated Vinyasa Yoga is now an HOUR!

- 7:00 pm Heated Vinyasa is now an HOUR!
Thursdays
- NEW CLASSES – 5:30 PM LOADED & 6:30 PM RaceDAY Ride (Both start April 13th)
- NEW CLASS – 7-8 PM Candlelight yoga
Saturdays
- NEW CLASS – 10:30-11:30 AM Vinyasa yoga
- Time Change – G.Row has moved to 8:30 AM
