A new group fitness format, Progressive Obsession, is in the pipeline! Join us for a sample class on September 18 at 9:00 AM and let us know what you think before it officially launches! This total body interval class includes upper body strength, core, and ‘PROgressions’ of lower body conditioning for an intense workout. The class takes you through three, 9-minute blocks followed by a high-intensity finisher and ab/low back section.
