Stop by our Trainer Table for a complimentary form check and quick coaching on basic weight-training movements. Bring your questions, and our trainers will help you move better, feel better, and train with more confidence. Trainer Table sessions are available on Saturdays, March 14 & 21 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Mondays, March 16 & 23 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
