Bring Your Buddy Week

Invite a friend who always talks about “getting back into it.” During Bring Your Buddy Week, your guest works out with you for free – classes, cardio, strength, basketball, pickleball, swimming. You check in together, we handle the rest. You get extra motivation, they get a taste of the club experience you love.

In order to participate, email Brad Johnson at Bjohnson@ffc.com with the name of your guest. The same guest can only come one time during this week.
