What Is the InBody Scanner?

The InBody Scanner is a state-of-the-art body composition analysis tool that goes far beyond a standard scale. In just 30 seconds, it provides detailed insights into your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and body water levels. These metrics help you and your fitness team track your progress, adjust your training plan, and stay accountable to your goals.

How to Use the InBody Scanner

Before your scan begins, your fitness expert (or you) will clean the sensors on the handles and footpads using a disinfectant wipe, then dry them off with a towel.

Next, remove your shoes and socks and step carefully onto the sensors—placing your heels and the balls of your feet on the marked spots. Once you’re in position, scan your InBody barcode or your FFC check-in barcode. This connects your scan to your FFC account, allowing you to track results over time.

After scanning, you’ll be prompted to enter your height, age, and phone number. Then, grip the handles with your thumbs on the sensors and keep your arms slightly away from your body. Stay still and quiet during the scan—it only takes about 30 seconds!

Once complete, the InBody Scanner generates a detailed breakdown of your body composition, including:

You can send the results directly to your email or phone and review them anytime in the FFC+ App or InBody App. Members can also schedule a session with one of our personal trainers to go over the results and set personalized fitness goals.

How Often Should You Use the InBody Scanner?
