After School Program 2025

Are you in need of After School care? Or do you want your child to stay active after school? The children will have snacks (provided by FFC), swim and play in the sports court. Pickup at Hawthorne Elementary or drop your child off at FFC.  We offer care from 3:00 – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday for $345/month.
