Faction is a strength-based class designed to take your fitness to the next level. Our top-notch instructors use progressive overload principles so you reach levels of peak fitness. This class teaches exercise patterns involving the kettlebell, barbell, landmine, dumbbells, bands, and body weight. It’s a great way to maximize your current fitness routine, meet new people, and have fun in the process!
