Intro to Weights: Fridays at 11:00 AM are your gateway to gaining strength and confidence in the weights area, tailored for beginners.

Aqua Workouts: Make a splash with our Aqua Workouts, scheduled Monday through Friday at 10:00 am, plus a special Saturday session at 11:00 AM.
