2 Part Acro Yoga Workshop at FFC Elmhurst
Connect with your inner-self and take flight with Paula Greiner in this workshop featuring individual, partner, and group asana in both the Solar (acrobatic) and Lunar (therapeutic) Acro Yoga practices. Acro Yoga is a great way to grow your yoga practice, learn effective communication skills, and build trust and confidence all in a fun setting. You will be guided through drills, calibrations, and the fundamentals of L-basing movements to get you growing in the practice of Acro. All experience levels are welcome, no partner needed.
Part 1 – Friday, April 28 – 7 PM – 8:30 PM
Part 2 – Friday, May 5 – 7 PM – 8:30 PM

6 vs. 6 Volleyball League at FFC Elmhurst
Our FFC Elmhurst Inaugural Volleyball League starts on Wednesday, March 1! Games will be played on Wednesdays from 8:15 – 9:30 PM and Thursdays from 8:45 – 10:00 PM. The league will run for 8 weeks; 6 weeks of regular play and 2 weeks of playoffs.
Cost is $100 for members. Go to ffc.com/group-fitness-programs to register.

Parents Night Out: St. Patrick’s Day
Join us Saturday, March 18 from 5 – 8 PM for a night of fun and games. We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theater, a romantic dinner, time with friends or quiet time with your partner. We will be playing games in the gym and watching a fun movie in Kids Club.
