Join us from 6:30 – 7:30 PM for an invigorating Heated Vinyasa Yoga session, where the heat intensifies your practice.
Following this, from 7:30 – 8:00 PM, surrender to the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath, allowing the resonance to harmonize with the unique energies of the Worm Moon. This celestial event symbolizes renewal and growth, making it the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating Sound Bath.

Indoor Triathlon 2024
Have you ever considered completing a triathlon or are you a triathlete looking to complete your first triathlon of the 2024 season? Participate in our Indoor Triathlon on Saturday, February 24. An indoor triathlon consists of a 10-minute swim, 20-minute bike, and a 15-minute run. Total mileage accumulated is ranked to determine your place. Waves begin at 7:00 AM and proceed every 25 minutes. Cost is $20 for members and $35 for non-members. Sign up at ffc.com/group-fitness-programs.

The club hours at FFC Elmhurst will be extended Monday – Thursday until 11:00 PM starting February 5. The new hours will be as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 4:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 4:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
