We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theater, a romantic dinner, time with friends, or quiet time with your partner. As the earth tilts away from the sun and we prepare for the darker winter months, join Kate on Thursday, December 21 at 8:30 AM for a special Winter Solstice yoga flow focused on grounding us into this new season of our lives. Our heat-building flow will move us through poses that improve digestion, strengthen immunity, and rinse out toxins. Come from out of the cold and light the fire within!

Don’t miss this special opportunity to join Greg on December 21 at 7:00 PM. The Solstice is an opportunity to surrender to the darkness while we begin to open to the light and longer days. In terms of meeting this gradual shift in moving towards the light, winter solstice practices usually include an extended sound bath experience, allowing our participants to deeply connect with the changing energies of the season.
