D.A.S.H. – Developing Active Senior Health at FFC!  We invite our senior community to celebrate the joy of movement with our exclusive lineup of classes tailored just for you. Whether you’re looking to stay fit, gain strength, or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, D.A.S.H. has something special to offer:

  • Dance Workouts: Get moving in our  Zumba dance classes on Mondays at 11:15 AM and Jam Session on Saturdays at 10:30 AM.
  • Aqua Workouts: Dive into our Aqua Workouts on Mondays at 10:15 AM, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 AM, and Saturdays at 9:30 AM.
  • Join us for free coffee on Thursday, March 20 at 11:15 AM at the club lounge on the 3rd floor.

Join us on Saturday, March 15 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM for a night of fun and games. We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theater, a romantic dinner, time with friends, or quiet time with your partner. We will be playing games in the gym and watching a movie in the Kids’ Club. Registration ends Thursday, March 13.
