In May, FFC is giving 6 lucky moms a special treat – a complimentary 90-minute massage! To nominate your mom, fill out the form below by May 10. We’ll announce the winners by May 18.

Some restrictions apply. Only one entry per mom. Mom must be an active FFC member as of April 15, 2026 to qualify. Nomination form will close at 11:59p on May 10, 2026. Six winners will be chosen at random. The prize is one, 90-minute massage at an FFC location of your mom’s choice. This prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
