Welcome to Fitness Formula Clubs! We are so excited to support your goals – whatever they may be. Our promise to you is to be by your side through every step of your fitness and wellness journey with us.
You should be receiving your account number, along with a username and password for the app shortly. You are also welcome to drop by the club at your earliest convenience to get started and to schedule your complimentary FitStart session – either a personal training OR Pilates session. Please bring a valid photo id with you on your first visit.
Step 2: Download FFC+ and Check Out FFC On Demand.
FFC+ is the FFC app – download instructions and details are here: ffc.com/app. You’ll need your account # to access the app – you’ll receive that email shortly. PLUS, all memberships include FFC On Demand – at no additional charge! Once you are in the FFC+ app, click the FFC On Demand tile to experience a robust offering of group fitness classes and workouts (taught exclusively by FFC instructors and trainers), nutrition tips, tricks and meal plans, and more!
Step 3: Take advantage of your new member privileges.
As a new member, there’s no better time to share the FFC experience. Invite your friends, family, and coworkers to visit the club as your guest by pre-registering them below. When your guest joins within your first 30 days of membership, you’ll receive a $50 dues credit* as a referral reward. Best of all, there’s no limit to how many rewards you can earn.

*For every new referred guest that joins and was pre-registered via ffc.com/guest-registration, you will receive one $50 dues credit to be applied to your second full month of dues. There is no limit to the number of $50 dues credits you can earn during this promotion, however credits will be applied at a rate of $50 per month consecutively for all months that apply. If your membership is paid for by a third party, like your company, you will receive your reward in the form of a discount on a service of your choice.
