To kick off the beautiful remodel of the locker rooms we are personally inviting you to our grand re-opening on November 1! Come down and see the new and improved locker rooms, grab a healthy snack, and sign up for our newest fitness challenge… The 12 Days of Fitness! All are welcome to participate in this event. Grab a co-worker or a friend and get yourself moving!
What is the 12 days of fitness?
Beginning November 1, participate in a calendar of 12 fitness events (3 each week) over 4 weeks. Every event you attend, you will receive a punch on your 12 days of fitness punch card. Get a total of 6 punches and receive a raffle entry for a grand prize! Check out the fitness schedule below for complete offerings.
Need more reasons? This calendar of awesome fitness events will allow you to:
- Get onto a regular workout routine.
- Stay healthy and educated.
- Give back to yourself and others.

Congratulations to all of our Stridekick Challenge participants! Stridekick was a 6-week walking challenge spanning 40 days from August until September.
Participants were required to walk at least 6,500 steps to qualify. The challenge encouraged participants to be more active. We had great building participation and competition, and we are looking forward to doing it again next year!
