Yoga Teacher Training Program

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification

This 200 Hour Yoga teacher training certification is a complete course including Anatomy, Yoga History and Philosophy, Sequencing, Meditation, Pranayama and more.

Over 13 weeks, this curriculum includes yoga classes, attend lectures, practice teaching and self-study. Upon graduation, you will be ready to confidently lead a safe and intelligently-sequenced yoga class and have a deeper version of your personal practice.

Our teacher training program is open to everyone and suitable for any level of yoga experience.

Times, Dates and Locations

Runs from Monday, April 1 – Saturday, June 29, 2024

Class will meet every Monday and every Saturday (no class Memorial Day) at FFC Elmhurst.

Times: Classes are from 5 – 9 PM on Mondays and 12 – 4 PM on Saturdays.

Location: FFC Elmhurst, 140 N Addison Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126.

Costs & Details

The Comprehensive Yoga training program is $2500 for non-members and $1500 for members through February 29 (normally $3000) and includes all training seminars, exams, training manual, and the ability to utilize FFC facilities to gain apprenticeship hours.

I am registering for the FFC Yoga Pilates Teacher Training. I am requesting the cost of $500 be deducted from 12 of my paychecks starting the first month of the program. The payment schedule will be as follows

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement

CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that if I cancel the program prior to the 3rd class of the program and have made one payment for the program, I will be refunded 50% of the program fee and retain my YTTP Training Manual. If I paid for half of the program, I will not receive a refund but will retain my YTTP Training Manual. After the completion of the 3rd class, program fee is non-refundable.

Employee Agreement

FFC is covering $1,410 of the cost of this program for employees off of the regular employee price of $2,250. You must be employed at least 6 months after the end date of the Yoga program or you will be responsible to pay the additional $1,410.

WAIVER: I have enrolled in a program(s) of educational knowledge and/or physical activity including, but not limited to, cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability which would prevent or limit my participation in said programs. In consideration of my participation in this program, I fully understand that I may suffer injury and I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Fitness Formula (their employees and owners) from any claims, demands and causes of action arising from such injury.
