Looking for some variety in your workouts? Our small group training formats are designed by our top trainers and offer progressive, dynamic and fun workouts to help you achieve your best in 2022.
We are currently offering the following small group training classes:
- Masters Swimming: Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 PM
- Forge Kettlebell Training: Tuesdays at 6.30 AM
- Hip Hop HIIT: Wednesdays at 7 PM and Saturdays at 10 AM
- I Got Yo’ Backside: Saturdays at 9 AM
