Pilates Reformer Classes at FFC South Loop

Pilates reformer training is a phenomenal workout for your body’s “powerhouse,” AKA your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It is heavily focused on alignment and accurate muscle engagement, which can lead to improved posture, better balance and more stability, especially when in motion!  Classes will be offered as follows:

  • Mondays at 9 AM with Justin Garvy
  • Tuesdays at 12 PM and 6 PM with Linda Spriggs
  • Wednesdays at 4 PM with Justin Garvy
  • Thursdays at 6 PM with Linda Spriggs
  • Saturdays at 9 AM with Justin Garvy
  • Sundays at 10 AM with Justin Garvy
