Kick start your exercise program with a strength and conditioning program built around many of the most popular pieces of equipment at our FFC locations. Maximize your time in the club efficiently and achieve your fitness goals in this non-intimidating and fun group session. No workout will repeat itself. The four-week program is $215/2x a week and $120/1x a week.
Gold Coast: Mon & Wed 7pm
Halsted Street: Tue/Thur 8pm & Saturday 10am
Oak Park: Mon & Wed 9am
Old Town: Tues 6am & Sat 10am
South Loop: Tues & Thurs 6pm
Union Station: Mon & Wed 6am
You must be an active FFC Member to use training sessions. All sales are nonrefundable. All sessions expire two months from date of purchase. The Club reserves the right to assign alternative trainers as necessary. Policies and prices are subject to change.
