Take your workouts to the next level by building upon the training of the show the ropes program and push your limits in this group workout. This session will challenge your muscular and cardiovascular system utilizing TRX Suspension Trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls, and calisthenics. The four-week program is $215/2x a week and $120/1x a week.
