This group workout will improve strength, conditioning and promote weight loss by combining cardiovascular and strength in one 50-minute session. A structured HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout uses select equipment including TRX Suspension Trainers, kettle bells, tires, battle ropes, plyo boxes and Olympic lifts. We also utilize cutting edge HR technology from MYZONE to display performance data real time and track workout progress.
