Special Group Fitness Classes This Month At FFC Park Ridge

Thursday, November 11 at 9:15 AM – VetStrong with Laurie 

  • In honor of our veterans we have designed a 37 minute total body workout you won’t want to miss. 37 exercises performed for one minute each, in succession with no breaks! See you in class.

Saturday, November 20 at 2 PM – THANKSgiving Yin Yoga with Kloe 

  • This special 90 minute Thanksgiving Yin practice is in a heated setting and creates a calm focus, supported with breathing techniques, to bring the body and mind to a relaxed state of stillness. All levels are welcome.

Monday, November 22 at 5:45 PM – PLANKSgiving Yoga with Kimberly 

  • Take this fun Thanksgiving challenge and explore your core through a variety of planks. Level up to include different intervals of time for your plank holds and learn helpful techniques to enhance your yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Friday, November 26 at 9 AM: Turkey Burn Ride with Janelle

  • Spin through your favorite calorie torch session for a full hour the day after Thanksgiving.

Friday, November 26 at 10 AM: Black Friday Total Body Blast with Mari

  • This comprehensive full body workout incorporates elements of cardio, strength and core. Burn off those holiday treats! Non-perishable food donations are requested to participate in Black Friday Body Blast. We will be giving all donations to a local Chicago pantry!
