New You In 2022: 8 Week Weight Loss Program

Looking to reach your goals but need help with staying consistent and tracking your progress? FFC Park Ridge Personal Trainer Katie Schnoebelen is offering an 8 week weight loss program for members. You choose your start date, and Katie will provide a personalized fitness program designed just for you and specific to reaching your goals. 

Not sure what to do as far as your eating habits go? We will help you with that as well! You will receive one 60 minute nutrition consultation with our on-site Registered Dietitian, Alicia Huggler, as well as a 30 minute follow-up consultation. After your initial consultations, you will receive a personalized meal plan from Alicia AND have weekly nutrition check-ins!
