New Classes Coming To Our Group Fitness Schedule This Month

Beginning in July, we’ve got three new additions to our group fitness schedule at FFC Park Ridge!

  • Tuesday evenings at 6:45 PM – Yoga Sculpt with Ciara
  • Saturday mornings at 7:30 AM – Heated Power Yoga with Kloe
  • Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM – Power Yoga Flow with Kloe
