FFC Park Ridge Youth Sports Performance Program

When it comes to being a top tier athlete, the name of the game is power and speed. The goal of the Youth Sports Performance Program is to improve overall athletic development. Building a solid foundation for athletes is crucial because it allows them to perform at a high level for the duration of their sports career and significantly reduces the chances of injury.

We will focus on speed, agility, core, balance, and both upper and lower body power. The programming will be simple but efficient. Whether your child is on a middle school travel team, varsity athlete, or even already committed to playing college sports, this training program will help take them to the next level and allow them to dominate in their respective arena.

Monday/Wednesday – 3:45pm and 4:45pm, high school only
Tuesday/Thursday – 3:45pm and 4:45pm, middle school only
Saturday – 9am, 10am, 11am both middle school and high school

1x week, $120/month
2x week, $240/month
