Group Fitness Schedule Changes Beginning September 7

Sweat it out with the newest Group Fitness Classes dropping into the schedule at FFC Park Ridge this fall:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 12 PM: Chisel and Spin 
  • Mondays at 6:15 PM: LOADED with Mari 
  • Wednesdays at 9:15 AM: AMRAP with Alex
  • Wednesdays at 5:30 PM: Shadow Box Shred with Mari
  • Thursdays at 10:15 AM: Body 360 with Julia 
  • Fridays at 9:15 AM: Shadow Box Shred with Sara
