Group Fitness Schedule Changes Beginning September 7
Sweat it out with the newest Group Fitness Classes dropping into the schedule at FFC Park Ridge this fall:
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 12 PM: Chisel and Spin
- Mondays at 6:15 PM: LOADED with Mari
- Wednesdays at 9:15 AM: AMRAP with Alex
- Wednesdays at 5:30 PM: Shadow Box Shred with Mari
- Thursdays at 10:15 AM: Body 360 with Julia
- Fridays at 9:15 AM: Shadow Box Shred with Sara
