Workshops, seminars and events presented by the FFC Registered Dietitians
Fitness Formula Clubs is committed to providing meaningful, relevant and engaging workshops to help our members, and the greater community, gain more knowledge and understanding about food and nutrition as a whole.
Each quarter, our team chooses a topic to host across our network of clubs. Each workshop contain an educational portion and hands-on portion where you can put your newly acquired knowledge to work.
Available Workshops
National Nutrition Month Brunch
Join us for a plant-based brunch in honor of National Nutrition Month on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at FFC East Lakeview. We will be discussing how our diet impacts the environment and how we can incorporate more sustainable habits to fuel for the future.
A delicious and nutritious buffet-style menu will be served along with a tasty mocktail! Brunch will be served at 11 AM, and will last approximately 1 hour.
The brunch will last about an hour. There will be plenty of time for Q&A!
