Getting ready for that once a year ski trip? Check out this complimentary workout with FFC Lincoln Park Fitness Director Chris Berlanga! Join Chris on Tuesday, January 4 at 7 PM to prepare your body for your skiing/snowboarding trip this year. There are three important factors for skiing training: strength, aerobic fitness (cardio), and flexibility. Skiing is a dynamic full body exercise that requires all of your muscles working on the same page.
