Test your abilities in this powerlifting workout on Wednesday, December 8 from 3:30 – 4:30 PM. 

Be a member of the 1000/800/600 Male Club or 300/400/500 Female Club. We’ll track your strength on three lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlifts. Trainers will be available to spot/coach/motivate during this event.
