Summer Group Fitness Schedule At FFC Gold Coast

Good news, group fitness fans! We have some new class additions/updates coming your way this summer. Check out the changes below!
Mondays 
  • 5:45  – 6:30 PM Hustle/Flow with Marissa
    • This new interval training class combines the dynamics of high intensity cardio and light weights with yoga flow sequences for a total body workout incorporating mobility, flexibility and strength.
Tuesdays
  • 9 – 10 AM Vinyasa Yoga with Jillian
  • 10:00 – 10:45 AM Aqua X(Treme) with Arthur
  • 5:30 – 6:30 PM Rooftop Yoga with Gary
  • 6:30 – 7:15 PM Zumba with Matt
Wednesdays
  • 9 – 10 AM FOUNDATIONS with Mary
    • This class teaches the fundamentals of yoga postures (such as proper alignment, stretching and breathing) and is appropriate for all levels. No previous yoga training required
  • 6:45 – 7:45 PM Rooftop Yoga with Marissa
Thursdays
  • 9:00-10:00 AM Vinyasa Yoga with Jillian
  • 5:30-6:15 PM Outdoor Total Body Blast with Anna Rose
  • 6:30-7:15 PM Formula 94 with Anna Rose
Sundays
  • 9:15 AM Spinning Interval with Geoff
