The turf has become one of our most popular workout areas at the club, and we have created 3 different small group classes for you to get your sweat on. Your monthly package gives you access to any of the classes we offer as part of our Small Group Training program.

HIIT with Jeremy

  • Saturdays at 9:30 AM
  • Wednesdays at 5 PM

Kettlebell/HIIT with Juan

  • Mondays at 6 PM
