Our new group fitness schedule begins on January 6. Check out the upcoming changes and additions to the schedule:

New Classes

  • Aqua Zumba: Mondays at 10 AM
  • NEW FORMAT: Core 94: Mondays at 6:15 PM

    Incinerate your core from every conceivable angle during this intense class in a 94-degree studio that combines floor work, body weight, strength moves and light weights to ignite your muscles from hips through shoulders. Finish with a heated total body stretch to melt and rejuvenate your core and more.

  • Triple Threat: Thursdays at 6:15 AM
  • Formula 94: Saturdays at 9:15 AM
  • Aqua X(treme): Sundays at 11 AM
  • Modifications to the Schedule

  • WERQ has moved to Thursdays at 7:15 PM
  • Critical Mass has moved to 8:30 AM on Saturdays
  • Austin Head is BACK on Saturdays! Catch him at 10:30 AM for Total Body Blast and 11:15 AM for Spin
