Join us on Tuesday, September 10 for a Youth Yoga Night tailored for kids 8-12 years of age. Yoga can build confidence, improve performance, and prevent injuries. Participate in the class based on your specific goals.

  • Yoga for mind/body – 5 PM
  • Yoga for athletes – 6 PM
