Our new group fitness schedule begins on January 6. Check out the upcoming changes and additions to the schedule:

New Classes:

  • Spinning Interval: Wednesdays at 11:30 AM
  • Pilates: Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, Thursdays at 11:30 AM and Sundays at 9:30 AM
  • Total Body Blast: Fridays at 10:15 AM
  • Formula 94: Fridays at 11:30 AM
  • Hatha Yoga: Fridays at 12:30 PM
