Get your HIIT Hero training before becoming a weekend warrior! This small group training utilizes high intensity interval training to torch some serious calories, both in and out of the club! Using your body weight, you’ll increase your cardiovascular fitness with dynamic, timed plyometric intervals led by the enthusiastic, motivating Jim Kress, and his super power playlist!
