Good news, group fitness fans! As Chicago transitions from summer to fall, we’re offering nearly double our class options, including:
- Continuing to offer outdoor classes at our clubs to make the most of our gorgeous weather.
- Back by popular demand are our aquatics classes: HydroFit and Aqua Xtreme.
Plus, our brand new, in-studio virtual class options – featuring FFC’s very own instructors – begin September 21, and are noted in our full group fitness schedule as:
- “VR” classes – A selection of our best FFC On Demand recorded sessions will be NOW be available in our studios. Those classes are noted as “VR” classes, for example, VR Chisel, VR LOADED, etc.
- “Live Simulcast” classes – We will be LIVE SIMULCASTING a class from FFC Union Station, featuring FFC instructors, to all locations at 4 PM Monday – Thursday. Additional live simulcasts will be added to the schedule as we move forward. Those classes are notes as “Live Simulcast” classes, for example, Live Simulcast Motiv8 w/Lara, Live Simulcast LOADED w/Dominick, etc.
