Tips for a first-time marathon runner with the Bright Pink team at FFC

Whether you are training for an endurance race or have your sights set on some shorter distances, or are just gearing up to run a mile, what and how you fuel your body can make or break your training and leave you feeling great or awful.

Allison Koch, FFC’s Elmhurst dietitian and 18 time marathon finisher (including Chicago 4 times), is offering a virtual workshop to help you learn how best to fuel up for race day. The workshop will be held via Google Meet and will last about an hour. There will be plenty of time for Q&A!
