Our Winter Group Fitness Schedule Is Here + Introducing New Class NamaSTRENGTH!

Exciting news, group fitness fans! Our brand new Winter Group Fitness Schedule begins Monday, January 2, and we are introducing a brand new format to the schedule: NamaSTRENGTH.

NamaSTRENGTH is a combination of yoga and strength training. Yoga is a balance of stretching, strengthening and relaxation. In this workout, we move seamlessly from a yoga flow to strength training, using heavier weights, and back. This class will highlight the benefits of yoga while building muscle and a strong foundation.

Find NamaSTRENGTH on the Winter Schedule at the following locations:

  • West Loop – Fridays at 12:15 PM
  • Elmhurst – Wednesdays at 12 PM
  • Park Ridge – Mondays at 6 AM, Tuesdays at 9:15 AM, Wednesdays at 12:15 PM
  • Oak Park – Mondays at 5 PM, Fridays at 11:15 AM
