Go-to workout song: Pretty much anything upbeat (as you can tell from my playlist)! No particular song. I always like to mix it up!
Why music is so important related to fitness: I think music can make or break a workout. It puts you in the “zone” and can help you push past your limits. Music can also decrease stress and help you relax/recover. The right songs can have such a positive effect on your mind and body. Music is motivation!
