Congratulations to our FFC Oak Park’s June members of the month, Nicole, Amar, Phoebe and Ezra Patel! We asked them a few questions about their experience at FFC – here is what they had to share.

1. What does membership at FFC mean to you?

Being able to check the kids into the Kids’ Club and have caregivers that are trustworthy and engaged with the kids means the world to us. It gives us, as parents, the freedom to take time to do something for ourselves, and not feel guilty. It is nice to go to a gym where there are so many friendly and helpful people eager to help you reach your goals. It is always clean, and an overall nice place to workout.

2. When at FFC you will find us….

You will find Phoebe and Ezra crafting, playing dress up, or being read to by the amazing Kids’ Club team. You will find Amar working upstairs in the lounge, or on the treadmill sweating it out. Nicole likes to use the elliptical, weight train, and take classes.

3. We work out to…

Nicole and Amar work out to be healthier and work on their goals. They want to be good role models for Phoebe and Ezra, and maintain an active lifestyle. Phoebe and Ezra work out because it is fun!

One of the biggest pieces of feedback we get as a company from our members is that you want to know what to do at the gym to get results. A program. A plan. A formula.

That is the goal of our Workout of the Month. Each month’s workout will have a feature movement, a progress chart, and up to 6 full workouts per week to follow.

Click here to see the details, learn about the moves, download a PDF you can take to the gym with you and more!

This month’s move is all about fat burning – with higher volume and lighter weight. Check out the movement highlight of the month – the kettlebell swing.
