So, you have a thirst for adventure! Perhaps you dream of scuba diving among porpoises in the Caribbean or floating through space like an astronaut on a deep wall dive in Mexico. Most of us never dare to act on our dreams or admit to a great inner desire for adventure.

Fitness Formula Clubs offers a Scuba Certification Course through Divemax Scuba. Participation in the orientation is required to participate in the class.

  • Orientations are Wednesday, June 6 from 6 – 7:30 PM and Wednesday, June 20 from 6 – 7:30 PM in the Community Room of FFC Lincoln Park.
  • Classes are Sunday, June 10 from 1 – 8 PM and Sunday, June 24 from 8 AM – 5 PM at FFC Lincoln Park.

Join us on Saturday, June 16 from 5 – 8 PM for a Superhero Party! We take the kids while you enjoy an evening at the theatre, a romantic dinner, catching up with friends, or quiet time with your partner. The evening will be filled with fun for mini members of all ages.

RMR Testing

Is your eating hindering your fitness goals? If you are consuming too many calories, you may gain weight. If you are not consuming enough calories, you may be slowing your metabolism down, which can result in weight gain. Schedule a resting metabolic rate (RMR) test and find out! That is the goal of our Workout of the Month. Each month’s workout will have a feature movement, a progress chart, and up to 6 full workouts per week to follow.

Every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with ALS.
