Join us on March 17 at 5 PM for our Lucky Number 7 Boot Camp! This fat-burning workout will be 7 exercises performed in a circuit. There will be plyometrics and HIIT training included in the workout, along with other calorie-torching exercises! It’s going to get you up, moving and feeling great! The class will be 45 minutes and will take place in the group fitness studio.
