How boxing changed my perspective on fitness

Try something new! Sign up for this new boxing/Pilates hybrid class series with Mat L and Midnite T. Classes meet Mondays and Fridays, January 4 – 28. Classes consist of 30 minutes of boxing with a focus on HIIT training and 30 minutes of Pilates with a focus on core training.
