Running in an upcoming race, such as the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge? Join the 353 Running Club!
353 Fitness Center trainers will guide you on weekly routes to the lakefront. Runs will be followed by a 15 minute stretching and/or foam rolling class. All levels of walkers, joggers and runners welcome!
8 WEEK TRAINING:

- Tuesdays 5:15 PM
- Wednesdays 12:15 PM
- Fridays TBD
353 Fitness Center Running Club is FREE to members.
$25 for non-members, which includes:
- 8 week training
- stretch/foam roll classes
- access to locker rooms & showers before/after each run
