Spring is right around the corner and what better way to get into the mood than with this bright, tasty smoothie recipe?! Enjoy this mango ginger smoothie that is not only delicious, but also has great health benefits.
- 3/4 cup mango chunks (can be frozen)
- 1/4 cup non fat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk (or preferred alternative)
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
Put everything in a blender and enjoy! Makes 1 serving. Double to share!
