Feeling a little sluggish after the holidays? Let us help motivate you this January.
Work out on any of our cardiovascular pieces of equipment (Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes or Steppers) and log your mileage each day that you work out with the assistance of a 190 Staff Member. All Group Fitness Classes count as 5 miles. The member who achieves the most mileage at the end of the month receives a free month of membership dues and two free months of laundry service.
