Build healthy habits with the No Excuse Tabata Challenge from May 1 – 25!

Come down to the club and perform the exercise of the day for 20 seconds on, 10 off while building up to a 19-exercise series. Whoever completes the most days of the series with a minimum of 14 performances will win a $50 visa card.

If there are multiple winners there will be a tie breaker 1-minute box jump challenge. All other winners will win a free locker for the month of June! Email or come to the club and sign up at the desk.
