Winter Group Fitness Schedule

The new winter group fitness schedule begins Thursday, January 2, 2014.  We are pleased to announce the addition of FitKick and Hatha Yoga.  FitKick, led by Ron Mendoza, will be offered Tuesdays, from 5:00pm-5:45pm and Hatha Yoga, led by Mary Delaney, will be offered Fridays, from 12:55pm-1:55pm.  Click here to view.   Be sure to try out a new class to mix up your current fitness routine.
